We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition in the U.S. market for our BIM drafting, architectural drafting, and interior design services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate U.S. leads through LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, and outbound sales
Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
Handle client calls, follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations
Develop long-term relationships with U.S. AEC and design companies
Maintain CRM and track sales performance

Requirements
✅ 2–5+ years of B2B Business Development/Sales experience
✅ Robust U.S. market outreach and lead-generation experience
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM, and email sequencing
✅ BIM, architecture, interior design, construction, or technical services experience preferred
✅ Comfortable working with U.S. time zones
