About Earthen Story
Earthen Story is an Indian organic food brand. We are looking for a Video Editor and AI Content Creator to produce short and long-form video, and to generate longer AI video by stitching together multiple short AI generations, not relying on a single short, one-prompt clip.

What you will do
· Edit short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video from raw footage to final cut.
· Generate longer AI video by stitching together multiple AI generations into one cohesive clip.




· Design supporting graphics, thumbnails, and creatives.
· Turn raw ideas and footage into finished, publish-ready content with the founder and team.
· Maintain a consistent visual and editing style across all video output.
· Manage your own pipeline: organize footage, track progress, and hit deadlines.

Who you are
· Strong, demonstrable video editing skills, short-form and long-form.
· Able to build longer AI clips by combining multiple generations, not just a single 8-second output.
· Skilled with editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar) and basic design (Canva or similar).
· Able to work independently and manage your own output end to end.
· Comfortable working remotely or in-person at Wadala, Mumbai.
