Role Description The Recruitment Specialist-Edtech will manage end-to-end talent acquisition for roles across Bilivin Education’s academic and operational functions. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves sourcing candidates,
screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role includes designing and executing recruitment strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements, support workforce planning, and provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress. Additional responsibilities include supporting training and induction processes, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and ensuring recruitment practices align with company policies and equal-opportunity standards.
