Role Description The Interior Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for interior fit-out and manufacturing projects. Day-to-day activities include translating design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings, layouts,



and construction documents using drafting and design software. The role involves coordinating with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements, material specifications, and site conditions. The Interior Drafter will update and revise drawings as needed, maintain drawing records, and support the smooth execution of commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to industry standards, and effective communication with on-site and office-based stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CAD and interior drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and the ability to create precise plans, elevations, and detail drawings.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out, joinery details, materials, and construction methods relevant to commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
