Job Title : Guidewire PolicyCenter SBT Engineer

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experienced : 4+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

4+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Robust experience with Guidewire SBT modules, Rating, and Product Model.
Experience configuring rating algorithms, rating rules, forms, and state-specific requirements.
Experience working with ISO and AAIS commercial lines products.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Proficiency in GOSU scripting and Guidewire configuration.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio and configuration best practices.
Experience translating business and actuarial requirements into Guidewire configuration solutions.
Strong understanding of commercial P&C; insurance products, workflows, and rating principles.




Strong knowledge of P&C; insurance regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Serve as a Senior Engineer and provide technical direction to internal and external development teams.
Configure, maintain, and enhance Guidewire SBTs for commercial insurance products.
Develop and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating and Product Model configurations.
Translate ISO and AAIS standards into configurable Guidewire solutions using Product Designer and/or Advanced Product Designer (APD).
Customize rating algorithms, rating rules, forms, product models, and configuration components based on business and state-specific requirements.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Actuarial teams, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into Guidewire configurations.
Apply strong knowledge of commercial P&C; insurance products, workflows, rating principles, and insurance processes.
Monitor insurance regulatory changes and coordinate timely updates to prod
