Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who can lead a technical team, take ownership of project delivery,



and interact directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Full stack experience with React and/or Node.js is an added advantage. Experience working on data-intensive applications and within the Microsoft ecosystem will also be valuable.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using Python
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, debugging, and technical problem-solving
Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Interact directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements
