Job Title : Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experienced : 8-15 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience working on Guidewire ClaimCenter.
5+ years of Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain experience.
Solid hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
Proven experience working on Guidewire implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
Solid experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
Strong experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria using Gherkin syntax.
Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Understanding of Guidewire APIs, integrations, application development concepts,



and microservices architecture.
Experience with Guidewire integrations and API-based architectures.
Exposure to modern application architectures and microservices.
Experience working across multiple P&C; insurance processes such as claims, policy administration, billing, or related insurance workflows.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into detailed functional requirements and specifications.
Work extensively on Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and enhancements within the P&C; insurance domain.
Support requirements related to Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter and their integration with other enterprise applications.
Create detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, business process flows, functional specifications, and requirement documentation.
Analyze and resolve functional issues by working with business and technical teams.
Develop a strong understanding of Guidewire application capabiliti
