About the role
In an AI-native company, humanity is our secret weapon. As tools automate systems, keeping work human, supportive,



and engaging is more vital than ever. We are looking for an HR Generalist Intern to be our ground-level sensory engine. You’ll answer everyday employee questions, run casual morale check-ins, plan team celebrations, and translate real human signals into actionable insights alongside HR leadership.

Responsibilities
First-Line Query Support: Act as an approachable main contact for employee questions regarding leave, policies, and workplace basics.
Pulse Checks & Sentiment: Hold informal, low-pressure conversations to gauge team morale and spot hidden friction early.
Engagement & Culture: Plan warm onboarding moments, team celebrations, and culture activities end-to-end.
Human-Centered Comms: Write transparent, friendly policy updates, announcements, and FAQs that explain workplace changes without corporate jargon.
