Role: SAP IBP Consultant – Demand & Supply
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 6–8 Years
Key Requirements:
6–8 years of relevant experience in SAP IBP.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Strong functional knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
Strong understanding of S&OP; business processes.
Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP IBP S&OP; solutions.
Experience with planning models, key figures, planning levels, attributes, time profiles, master data, and planning areas.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and scenario planning.
Experience with executive dashboards and KPI design.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Experience coordinating integration with ERP/S/4 systems and other data sources.
Good understanding of master data and data-flow validation.
Experience with IBP configuration, planning areas, key figures, and operators.
Experience with Excel planning views and analytics.




Knowledge of integration technologies such as CPI-DS, SDI, RTI, or equivalent.
Experience leading SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience mentoring junior consultants is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred.
Any Degree qualification is required.
