Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The Guest Relations Executive will handle inquiries, guide guests through screening procedures, coordinate appointments, and provide clear information about services. Daily tasks include responding to phone and in-person queries, supporting basic administrative processes,



and collaborating with clinical and operations teams to maintain a positive visitor experience. The role also includes promoting NURA’s services, assisting with bookings, and maintaining a professional and courteous environment at all times.
Qualifications

Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all visitors.
Clear and confident Communication abilities to handle in-person, phone, and digital interactions effectively.
Experience with Receptionist Duties, including front desk management, appointment handling, and basic administrative tasks.
Sales skills to promote services, support bookings, and assist guests in understanding available screening packages.
Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment.
