Responsibilities

Conduct site visits (India & overseas) and perform feasibility assessments for Solar PV projects.
Review topography, hydrology, CCRA, ESIA, and other engineering reports; recommend solutions.
Prepare and review technical documents, specifications, SOPs, QAPs, and BOQs.
Design and review civil infrastructure such as roads, drains, fencing, grading, levelling, culverts, and utility systems.




Perform slope analysis and support project layouts using Civil 3D, PV Case, and related tools.
Provide technical support to O&M; teams and resolve civil engineering issues.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams during design and construction phases.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards (IS, IRC, ASCE, ISO, BS) and construction best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering (BE/BTech/MTech - Full Time).

Required Skills

8-10 years of experience in the power generation sector, with expertise in Solar PV project design, development, and review.
Wind project experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Google Earth, QGIS, ArcGIS, and MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
