About the Company
Divinion Advisory Services Private Limited is the Investment Manager to Divinion Investments, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) investing across equities and derivatives, with a focus on generating attractive risk-adjusted returns while managing downside and volatility.

We are looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to work closely with the team across trading, portfolio operations and reporting. This is a highly hands-on role with meaningful responsibility from an early stage.

As a young and growing firm, we operate in a dynamic and evolving environment. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, and is interested in building and improving processes rather than simply following established ones.

Key Responsibilities
• Support trade execution and day-to-day portfolio operations across equity and derivatives.
• Perform daily cash and trade reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely closure.
• Monitor portfolio margins, leverage, exposures, and key risk metrics on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, portfolio data,



and MIS for internal monitoring and reporting.
• Support investor onboarding, Board reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison with banks and custodians.
• Maintain and track monthly NAV, performance, attribution, and risk metrics across portfolios.
• Take on current projects and responsibilities as the firm evolves.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Financial Markets, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• CFA Level I preferred; NISM Series VIII and/or XV is a plus.
• Strong Excel, numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of financial markets, trading, options, and derivatives.
• Experience or interest in coding and automation is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
