Lecturewala is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with students, understand their requirements, explain our courses, and support the admissions process.

*Key Responsibilities*
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
Explain courses, batches, fees, offers, and learning options.
Understand student requirements and recommend relevant courses.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain lead records and regularly update follow-up status.
Convert interested enquiries into admissions.
Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.

*Requirements*
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Sales, telecalling, counselling, or EdTech experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
