Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify leads, reach out to prospective clients, and support the sales pipeline for NLET’s ERP, CRM, and automation solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client-focused presentations, participating in product demos, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM tools. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns, follow up on leads, and contribute to proposals and commercial negotiations. The Associate will also represent the company at industry events and meetings, gather feedback from prospects, and help refine positioning and messaging to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
Effective presentation abilities, with experience in creating and delivering skilled presentations to diverse stakeholders.
Lead generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management using CRM or related tools.
