Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and deal closing. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling services or solutions within the Security, Fire Fighting, CCTV, Pest Control, AMC, Facility Management, or similar service-based industries.
Candidates with experience in companies such as NoBroker, ADDA, MyGate, or other B2B service and property-management platforms will also be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B business opportunities through networking, references, cold calling, meetings, and other sales channels.
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable company services and solutions.
Take complete ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.




Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring profitable business closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporates, residential societies, commercial properties, builders, and other relevant businesses.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Follow up effectively with prospects and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the operations and management teams for smooth onboarding and service commencement after deal closure.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities from existing clients.
Maintain regular MIS, sales reports, pipeline updates, and closure reports.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Professional.
Solid and proven deal-closing experience is mandatory.
