About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to design and automate cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure applications are reliable, scalable and secure.
The role involves collaboration with engineering teams across India, Manila, UK and US.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement and manage highly available AWS infrastructure.
Work with AWS services including SSM, Parameter Store, Glue, IAM, Route 53, CloudFormation, VPC, Security Groups, Subnets, ECS, EKS, ASG, ELB, Lambda, RDS and API Gateway.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI or Chef.
Manage artifact repositories and secrets using Vault, Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.




Containerize and orchestrate workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
Automate deployments across on-premises and AWS environments.
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues and participate in incident resolution.
Drive application resiliency, backup and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with Development and QA teams across multiple time zones.
Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices.
Required Experience
6+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
Robust scripting/automation skills using Python, Java, Groovy, Shell, Bash, Ruby or PowerShell.
Experience with Terraform / Ansible.
Understanding of release automation and deployment optimization.
Good knowledge of resiliency, backup and DR principles.
Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
