As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Head of Technology & AI who can lead and build our technology ecosystem — including our website, full-stack applications, AI solutions, automation and technology integrations.

We are looking for an ambitious and technically solid Head of Technology & AI to take complete ownership of our technology ecosystem — from website & full-stack development to AI implementation, automation and integrations.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build technology from the ground up, solve real business problems and directly influence how technology drives the organization forward.

? Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000/month
? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for building and managing our technology stack while working closely with the Founder's Office, Clinical, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
Key areas of ownership:
? Website & Product Development
Own, develop and continuously improve the company website and web applications.
Build new features, dashboards and internal technology solutions.
Optimize performance, security, scalability and user experience.
? Full-Stack Development
Handle frontend and backend development.
Work with APIs, databases, authentication and third-party integrations.
Build reliable and scalable solutions with clean, maintainable code.
? AI & Emerging Technology
Identify opportunities to implement AI across the organization.
Integrate LLMs, AI APIs and AI-powered tools into business workflows.
