? Motion Graphic Designer + Video Editor
We’re not looking for “just an editor.” We’re looking for a visual storyteller who understands motion, pace, culture, and aesthetics.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating high-quality motion and video content across digital platforms. From quick, phone-shot content to graphic-heavy edits — you should be able to switch gears fast and deliver with precision.
This role requires someone swift, aesthetically robust, and deeply experienced in motion graphics — not someone who just cuts clips together.
What You'll Be Up To:

• Edit 4–5 basic videos per day (phone shoots, reel-based content, talking head, trend-based edits, etc.)
• Handle graphic-heavy videos with strong motion sensibility (timelines will be aligned accordingly)




• Add motion elements, typography, transitions, and visual treatments that elevate content
• Bring aesthetic consistency across brand content
• Work fast — without compromising quality
• Understand trends, formats, hooks, retention, and digital-first storytelling
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and brand teams
What We're Looking For:
Video Editing (Must Be Proficient In):
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Media Encoder

Motion + Design (Must Be Strong In):
• Adobe After Effects (advanced motion graphics)
• Adobe Illustrator (for asset creation)
• Adobe Photoshop (for visual treatments & layouts)

Bonus: Basic understanding of sound design & color grading workflows.
