Read any business or industry and find what will genuinely move it.




Shape ideas and solutions across everything we do: campaigns, content, film, design, digital.
Own the outcome: the brand's relevance, results, and momentum.

Be the Client's Partner
Be the face of Hashtag to your brands, the partner clients trust and call first.
Build real relationships: understand their world, earn their confidence, become part of their team.
Present and sell the thinking: bring ideas to the table and carry them through.
Keep clients close and confident: proactive, explicit, and always a step ahead.

Build With the Creative Team
Bring the direction and the brief; create the work with content, design, production, web, and performance.
