Head - Domestic Sales Coordination (Ariane Fine Porcelain)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Head - Domestic Sales Coordination to lead and manage the end-to-end domestic sales order coordination function for Ariane Fine Porcelain, a premium tableware manufacturer. The role is accountable for ensuring accurate order capture, timely fulfillment, inventory alignment, interdepartmental coordination, and superior customer communication. The incumbent will optimize order-to-cash processes, enforce compliance and documentation standards, and drive continuous improvement in service levels and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end domestic sales order lifecycle from order receipt to dispatch and invoicing.
Validate orders for accuracy of product codes, pricing, discounts, delivery terms, and credit limits.
Coordinate with production planning and scheduling to confirm order feasibility and lead times for premium tableware lines.
Manage inventory allocation and prioritize dispatches to meet customer SLAs while minimizing stockouts and overstocks.




Liaise with warehouse and packing teams to ensure correct picking, packaging, and quality checks for fragile porcelain products.
Collaborate with logistics partners to plan timely shipments, track consignments, and resolve transit issues.
Maintain proactive communication with distributors on order status, expected delivery dates, and any exceptions or delays.
Coordinate with finance for timely and accurate invoicing, credit notes, and collections support.
Maintain and audit order documentation, delivery proofs, and compliance records (including GST and domestic regulatory requirements).
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales coordination and order management team.
Prepare, analyze, and present performance metrics, KPIs, and exception reports to senior management and sales leadership.
