Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end property buying, selling,



and renting process, including understanding requirements, presenting suitable options, conducting site visits, and supporting negotiations. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate inventory, market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate advice. The consultant will manage leads generated through digital and offline channels, deliver high-quality customer service, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and timely closures. Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales proposals, updating CRM records, meeting individual and team sales targets, and participating in regular training sessions to enhance product and market knowledge.
Qualifications
Strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
