Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive – 3D Jewellery Technology to join our team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, preferably within the jewellery manufacturing, 3D printing, CAD/CAM, or capital equipment industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and market expansion for advanced 3D technology solutions used in jewellery manufacturing. You will build strong relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and industry professionals while identifying new business opportunities and providing customers with creative technology solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base for 3D technology solutions.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the jewellery manufacturing industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.




Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate 3D technology solutions based on their manufacturing needs.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective customers.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and contracts.
Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial prospecting through to deal closure.
Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in jewellery manufacturing.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and performance.
Ensure strong customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and relationship management.
