About us:
Trident Automobiles has been selling and servicing vehicles in Bangalore and across Karnataka since 1998. We run dealerships for Hyundai, Renault, Bharat Benz, JCB and Trident Trust - our Used Car brand. We're a team of over 3,500 people. Our showrooms and workshops generate real stories every day. We are looking for someone to tell them well.

The role:
You will run the day to day social presence for four brands. That means planning what goes out, shooting and editing it, publishing it, and reporting on what worked. You will sit with the digital team and work directly with branch and business heads across our dealerships.
This is a hands-on job. There are days you will be in showrooms and workshops with a phone or camera, not only at a desk.

What you will do:
Own and run all our social media accounts
Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and LinkedIn
Work with branch and business heads to find content worth making: new launches, customer deliveries, service tips, workshop and team stories




Support hyperlocal campaigns for individual branches and catchments
Assist on paid campaigns across Meta and Google, working to briefs and budgets set with the digital lead
Pass enquiries, referrals and complaints from social channels to the right team, and follow up until they are closed
Report performance monthly: reach, engagement, enquiries generated, and what you would change next month
Create responsive, online presence for our pages.

What we are looking for:
1 to 3 years running social media for a brand, agency or business
You can shoot and edit on your own: phone video, Canva or equivalent, a basic editing tool such as CapCut or Premiere
A genuine eye for what looks valuable, and an instinct for what performs
Comfortable with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, or able to learn them quickly
Clear written English. Kannada and Hindi are important for our audience
Organised and reliable. Calendars slip when nobody owns them
