Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering workshops and business process analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable ERP solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), process maps, gap-fit analysis, and implementation plans.
Drive end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide subject matter expertise in:
Financial Management
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Manufacturing & Production Management
Procurement & Supply Chain Processes
Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and business process validation activities.
Conduct client training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs.
Manage project risks, issue resolution, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.
Ensure adherence to ERP implementation best practices, governance standards, and project methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
6–10 years of overall ERP Functional Consulting experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
