Gold loans are one of the few secured retail asset classes in India growing on origination volume, not just gold price; new geographies, recent MSME use cases and a rapidly formalising market where RBI's tightening custody, valuation, consent and collateral-release norms are actively widening the moat for compliant, tech-first lenders.
indiagold is now scaling a balance sheet alongside the platform business. That means building a liability franchise from the ground up: term loans, NCDs, securitisation and PTCs, and co-lending arrangements under the RBI Co-Lending Directions, 2025.
This is a front row seat on the liabilities side. You will sit in front of credit committees at banks, NBFCs and funds, own diligence end to end and see the direct line between the deals you close and the loans we write.

What you'll do
Debt raising: Own the pipeline and execution for term loans, NCDs and structured facilities from banks, NBFCs, AIFs, credit funds and DFIs.
Frontending: Be the first point of contact for lenders: pitch the business, run the meeting,



manage the relationship through sanction, disbursal and renewal.
Diligence & documentation: Run lender diligence end to end: data rooms, portfolio cuts, ALM and rating agency interactions, term sheet negotiation and coordination with legal on facility and trust documentation.
Co-lending & partnerships: Support structuring and execution of co-lending arrangements and DSA/BC partnerships with banks and NBFCs.
Structured Finance: Lead structured finance transactions including Securitization, Pass Through Certificates (PTCs), and Direct Assignments to optimize the balance sheet
Analytics & materials: Build the models, portfolio analyses, lender decks and covenant reporting that carry these conversations

What we're looking for
3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in debt capital markets, DCM/structured finance at a bank, NBFC treasury, an NBFC's own fundraising team, a boutique debt advisory, or a credit fund.
