Position Overview / Scope
The Spa Healer plays a vital role in delivering professional, ethical, and experiential wellness services to spa guests. The therapist is responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic and aesthetic treatments, ensuring that every guest experiences relaxation, healing, and personalized care in accordance with R3 Spa Standards and SOPs.
The Spa Healer must maintain a calm, hygienic and welcoming treatment environment, understand guest needs, and recommend suitable therapies. The role also requires upselling spa services, encouraging positive guest reviews, maintaining treatment readiness and upholding the highest ethical and professional standards at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist preferred.
Certification from an accredited school of Massage Therapy or Aesthetics preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest service skills.
Ability to remain calm, courteous and attentive to guest needs at all times.




Physically fit with good stamina to perform multiple treatments during shifts.
Strong understanding of wellness therapies, hygiene standards and professional spa etiquette.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Treatment Delivery
Deliver a variety of spa services including body therapies, massages, facials, manicure, pedicure and wellness treatments in a safe and professional manner.
Ensure all treatments are provided in accordance with R3 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Explain the treatment process, advantages and facility usage (steam/relaxation area) to guests before the service. Assist the guest wherever needed.
Frequently check with guests during the treatment to ensure comfort, correct pressure and overall satisfaction.
Offer water, detox water, face towels, or herbal beverages to guests before or after treatment when applicable.
