Opportunity: Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager – Corporate Services

Location: Bangalore, India

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a seasoned accounting professional to join our Corporate Services team as an Assistant Manager. This is a people management role involving review of deliverables, client coordination, and oversight of a team handling end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, payroll, and monthly closures for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting (Review & Oversight)

Review day-to-day accounting entries, general ledger,



bank reconciliations, and expense allocations
Final review of financial statements, trial balance, and ledgers before client submission
Monitor timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities
Review of accounts receivable and payable schedules and reconciliations
Review of fixed asset registers and depreciation workings
Ensure accuracy in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis
Guide the team on accounting standards and ensure proper documentation

Payroll & Compliance

Oversee payroll processing and review statutory deductions
Ensure accuracy in compensation structuring and alignment with tax regulations
Review compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other payroll-related laws
Ensure timely filing of payroll statutory returns and payments

Statutory Compliance (Direct & Indirect Tax)

Review TDS computations, challans, and quarterly return filings
Review GST workings
