Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive – Jewellery Alloys to join our team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the jewellery manufacturing, alloys, precious metals, industrial products, machinery, or technical products sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our specialised alloy product range, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other key industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial skills with an understanding of the jewellery manufacturing market to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for jewellery alloy products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities among jewellery manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable alloy products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations and explain the technical and commercial perks of alloy solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation and closing.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer accounts, sales pipelines, and market opportunities to maximise revenue potential.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular performance reports for management.
Stay up to date with jewellery industry trends, alloy developments, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and overall customer experience.
Provide ongoing customer support and identify opportunities for repeat busines
