MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management
consulting, or project management in technology.

* Experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
* Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional
initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching
solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating
products, or technical sales).
* Experience in driving YouTube’s ad formats adoption and business growth.
* Experience in a Go-To-Market (GTM), Product Management, or Sales Activation
role where you were responsible for scaling product adoption at a regional
level.
* Experience working in rapidly changing environments (e.g., tech, ad-tech, or
agency) with a bias toward action and "winning as one" in a regional (APAC)
context.
