Summary:

As a SAP Fieldglass Technical Architect, a typical day involves leading full lifecycle implementations of SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce, Statement of Work, and Worker Profile Management. The role includes gathering and analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into solution architecture and system designs. Designing and managing integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP and non-SAP systems, while ensuring compliance with vendor management,



regulatory, security, and data privacy standards, is a key aspect of daily activities. Supporting Agile and DevOps delivery, driving best practices, resolving system and data quality issues, and guiding transformation initiatives are central to the role. This position requires continuous collaboration with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and business units to deliver scalable external workforce and services procurement solutions, while mentoring junior consultants and supporting client strategy and pre-sales activities.
