Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through outbound and inbound channels, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies, deliver compelling product presentations, and maintain solid relationships with potential and existing accounts.



Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, documenting activities in CRM tools, following up on marketing-generated leads, and supporting revenue goals through consistent communication and follow-through.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth activities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Lead Generation through calls, emails, social outreach, events, and other prospecting methods.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and supporting renewals or upsell opportunities.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or marketing technology solutions is an advantage.
Comfort working with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
