Role Overview
We’re looking for a Publisher Onboarding & Management Executive who will be responsible for
identifying, onboarding, and managing publisher partnerships across our advertising network.
This role is focused on relationship management, onboarding, quality control, and operational
excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Publisher Onboarding
● Identify and evaluate potential publishers/websites/apps for onboarding into the Nitro network
● Work closely with Ad Ops and Tech teams to ensure smooth integration and ad
implementation

Publisher Relationship Management
● Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded publishers
● Build long-term, strong relationships and ensure publisher satisfaction
● Regularly communicate platform updates, best practices, and policy guidelines




● Monitor publisher performance and suggest optimization opportunities

Quality & Compliance
● Ensure publishers comply with Nitro policies and ad quality standards
● Monitor traffic quality, ad placements, and policy adherence
● Identify and flag suspicious or low-quality traffic patterns

Performance & Reporting
● Track publisher performance metrics and share periodic reports
● Collaborate with Ad Ops to improve inventory quality and scale supply
● Maintain accurate publisher records and documentation

Cross-Team Collaboration
● Work closely with Ad Ops, Product, and Tech teams to improve onboarding workflows
● Provide feedback from publishers to help improve platform features and processes

Requirements
● Experience in AdTech, publisher management or account management
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Good understanding of digital advertising ecosystem (display, programmatic, AdTech basics)
● Detail-oriented
