About the Role
Empax Studio and Experiences Private Limited is looking for a Junior Accounts & Admin Executive to manage basic day-to-day accounting activities along with general office administration.
This is an entry-level role suitable for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who has a sound understanding of accounting fundamentals and is comfortable working with Tally.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
· Knowledge of MS office is a must.
· Manage petty cash, vouchers and expense records
· Prepare invoices, bills and basic payment documentation
· Maintain records of payments, receivables and expenses
· Organise and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers and supporting documents
· Assist with basic bank reconciliation and account-related documentation
· Coordinate with the company’s CA/accounting team for GST, TDS and statutory documentation




· Maintain basic records and documentation related to office administration
· Coordinate with office vendors and manage stationery, supplies and routine office requirements
· Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
· B.Com, BBA or equivalent graduate qualification
· Valuable understanding of basic accounting principles is essential
· Working knowledge of Tally
· Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and accounting documentation
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Comfortable handling a combination of accounts and office administration
