Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ramnagar-II. The Assistant will support daily restaurant operations, including welcoming guests, assisting with seating, and coordinating with serving and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities include handling basic administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, and helping with inventory checks and supplies restocking as needed. The role also involves answering customer inquiries, supporting reservation or order management processes,



and following company policies and health and safety standards.
Qualifications

Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Basic organizational and administrative skills, including handling simple documentation, schedules, and communication logs.
Ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions, and coordinate with multiple departments during busy periods.
Positive verbal communication skills in English and any local language relevant to Ramnagar-II.
Reliability and punctuality, with the capacity to work full-time on-site, including weekends or evenings as required.
