About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader to spearhead our expansion efforts in India. This role involves leading a dynamic sales team, cultivating and maintaining a robust network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and high-value clients, and driving key business metrics such as net deposits, trading volume, and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Forex and CFD industry, with existing relationships and a solid understanding of the local market landscape.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing strategic plans to expand our market share, executing targeted outreach initiatives, and working closely with marketing and senior management to align business objectives.
