Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the Company's complete Marketing, Brand, Communication, and Demand Generation function. Reporting directly to the CEO & Founder, this role will transform marketing into a strategic business function that builds brand equity, strengthens channel engagement, and delivers measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will create scalable marketing systems, establish best practices, drive integrated campaigns, manage strategic budgets,



lead a high-performing team, and build a marketing organization capable of supporting a portfolio of 19+ global brands.

The role will focus on:
• Developing and executing annual marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals
• Building and strengthening Hi-Tech Audio’s brand positioning and industry presence
• Driving integrated digital, trade shows, launches, trainings and channel programs
• Developing marketing strategies and sales enablement initiatives across 19+ global brands
• Leading digital growth, website, SEO, performance marketing, e-commerce and lead generation
• Managing PR, content, creative and industry communications
• Building marketing systems, SOPs, processes and performance frameworks
• Leading the marketing team and managing strategic stakeholders.
• Driving measurable ROI, lead generation, brand recall and business growth
