Role Description The Counselor role at SST Overseas is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The Counselor will guide prospective and current IMGs through program options, admission processes, and career pathways related to USMLE preparation, clinical electives/externships, and residency applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting student consultations, explaining course structures and timelines, advising on documentation and application requirements,



and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with training and operations teams, following up with leads and enrolled students, and supporting orientation sessions and informational events. The Counselor will provide clear, professional communication, ensuring that each learner receives individualized, ethical, and supportive guidance.
Qualifications
