About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations for our Bangalore manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted supply of RF components, raw materials, and electronic assemblies that support our defence and commercial production lines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials,



RF components, electromechanical parts, and consumables for manufacturing operations
Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors, including for import of specialized RF/defence-grade components
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and lead times
Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards, especially for defence-grade and export-controlled materials
Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams to align procurement with production schedules and inventory levels
Track and manage import documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance for defence procurement (as applicable)
Identify and onboard new vendors to strengthen the supply base and reduce single-source dependency
Monitor market trends, component availability, and pricing fluctuations to proactively manage supply risk
