Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and partners, and develop strategies to grow revenue in entertainment and related services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting leads, preparing proposals and pitch decks, participating in client meetings, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance against sales targets.



The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to align business development efforts with production capabilities, marketing initiatives, and project delivery timelines. The Business Development Manager is expected to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Experience in proposal creation, presentations, and negotiation, including the ability to communicate commercial value clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge of the entertainment, media, events, or related industries, with familiarity in market trends and competitive landscape.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels and collaborate
