Position Purpose: Fund Accounting operation / production

Responsibilities: Daily Operations (Delivery of Daily Net Asset value of Mutual funds)

Direct Responsibilities

In this role, candidates will require to be part of daily complex BAU management to deliver absolute quality, with big focus on process transformation to bring lean workflow with effective control
Strictly adhere to Key Performance Indicators for the process and achieving the same on a regular basis.
Ensure procedures are in place to effectively deal with exceptions and that they are reviewed, researched, documented and resolved in a timely manner.
Effective and Strong Communication Skill required for this Management role. Candidate should be able to challenge any client specific customizations
He/ She should be managing client relationships & speaking to stake holder management independently
Ensure all Audits are managed properly and zero findings reported.




Ensure all the documentation is in place w.r.t Risk mitigation and Control.
Ensure all the deliverables of the process are met and timeliness/quality maintained as per the service agreement.
Strong technical understanding of Fund Accounting / Fund Services functions is expected. VP will be responsible for oversight, review, and allocations of day-to-day Business
Demonstration of commitment to ensure continuous process improvement to achieve efficiency targets.

Contributing Responsibilities

Direct involvement in integrating new business & activities that will be transferred from other 2S locations in line with ERS strategy.
Develop solid working relationships with a network of counterparts in other Securities Services Locations and senior Management.
Ensure high level of communication network is established will all the departments within the business group
Ensure that, client issues/concerns are addressed and resolved with
