Leadspot is a B2B revenue operations and GTM consultancy. We build lean, battle-tested, AI-first GTM systems with Salesforce and HubSpot as the centerpieces, and we integrate everything around them, internal and external: data warehouses, Clay, Outreach, the rest of the stack. What the customer gets is a system where nothing falls through the cracks, motions can be reconfigured without a rebuild, marketing and sales spend is attributed correctly, and every stage of the funnel can be understood from any point of view.

Our team has worked and studied at some of the best places out there, Chicago Booth and Bain & Company among them, and our founders built the sales and marketing motions for Dropbox's B2B side. We work with excellent customers, backed by leading funds such as Google Ventures, Hg and Accel.

The role

We are adding projects quickly, and we want to scale in a way that is sustainable: more customers, the same quality of delivery. That is this job. You own the delivery of those projects, build the plans, hold the timelines, and communicate actively with the customer across every channel, running several RevOps, development, and Salesforce engagements at once.

You have done this work yourself. You know your way around a Salesforce org and can handle first-level solutions on your own, a field, a flow, a report, a permission fix. At a larger implementation shop you might be a business analyst today, or a project manager who came up through delivery, or a consultant moving into project leadership.
