About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our social media presence.

You’ll be working in-house, capturing what’s happening at our store, showcasing our timber and projects, creating content, managing our social platforms and engaging with our audience.

What You’ll Do

* Shoot photos and videos of products, projects and day-to-day activity
* Create and edit Reels, Stories, posts and short-form videos
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
* Respond to DMs, comments and customer enquiries




* Plan and maintain a content calendar
* Come up with fresh content ideas and creative concepts
* Stay updated with relevant social-media trends
* Track content performance and improve what we put out

What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation preferred
* Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video
* Good photography and videography skills
* Positive communication and writing skills
* Creative eye and strong sense of storytelling
* Proactive, organised and able to work independently
* Someone who is comfortable being on the floor, talking to people and finding stories/content

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone creative, hands-on and willing to take ownership of building the brand online.
