The Role
B2B fintech marketing is boring by default. This role exists to make it not boring — sharp brand and product marketing that gets attention from bank and enterprise buyers without sounding like every other payments vendor. Based in Bangalore, working daily with teams across the Middle East, Africa, Singapore, and Malaysia.

What You Own
- Own positioning, messaging, and GTM for International and Banks platforms.
- Build brand and category-leadership campaigns that break from standard fintech B2B — while staying credible to bank/enterprise buyers.




- Build executive visibility: speaking, media, analyst engagement, thought leadership.
- Build sales/partner enablement: decks, battle cards, case studies.
- Localize messaging across markets without diluting the core narrative; manage PR, creative, digital, ABM agencies.

What matters in this role
- A seasoned B2B marketer with a proven career across both brand and product marketing — real ownership of both, not light exposure to one.
- Has built and scaled positioning/GTM for more than one product or business line, ideally across multiple international markets.
- Fintech/payments/banking tech background preferred.
- Track record of unconventional B2B work that still landed with enterprise/bank buyers — with the scars and wins to show for it.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and senior stakeholders, including direct exposure to C-suite.
- Experience with global teams — Middle East, Africa, Singapo
