About the Role

A hands-on people and process role running and growing our Lucknow Development Centre. You'll lead a team, keep the centre running smoothly, manage key client relationships and proposals, and partner with tech and product teams to get projects delivered on time. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop the Lucknow team — clear goals, accountability, and a culture people want to be part of.
- Run 1:1s and team reviews; identify skill gaps and build growth plans.
- Manage hiring for your team with HR, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Be the escalation point — unblocking issues and keeping morale high.
- Oversee day-to-day functioning, ensuring a productive, compliant, well-resourced environment.
- Own and improve SOPs: resource allocation, attendance, facilities, vendor coordination.
- Work with admin and support functions to keep the centre at its best.
- Bridge tech/product teams and the centre, tracking timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
- Use project management tools to maintain visibility and surface risks early.
- Coordinate cross-functional sprints so the team ships on time.
- Manage key client relationships, coordinate internal teams,



ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Manage proposals, presentations, commercial discussions and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational and project communication.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for leadership on team performance and project status.
- Support our three pipelines: video content, 3D graphics, and gamified tools (VR and computer-based).

Requirements

- 3+ years in operations, centre management, client management or a similar role.
- Proven track record managing and growing a team.
- Experience with key client relationships and proposals or business development coordination.
- Strong organisational skills across multiple workstreams.
- Comfortable with project management tools.
- Data-driven; you use numbers to decide.
- Positive written and verbal English and Hindi.
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/M.Tech (IT) and/or MBA a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- EdTech or tech-led organisation exposure; familiarity with IT project delivery cycles.
- MIS reporting and Excel/Google Sheets for analysis.
- An eye for process improvement — you fix problems, not just flag them.
