We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Telecom Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT/SOMT) and telecom transformation programs.
If you have hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end Lead-to-Bill (Lead-to-Cash) solutions and have worked extensively within the telecom ecosystem, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions.
✅ Design and implement end-to-end telecom processes covering:
Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order Capture → Order Management → Fulfillment → Service Activation → Billing
✅ Define scalable solution architectures across:
Lead & Prospect Management
Quote Management
Product & Service Catalog
Order Capture & Order Entry
Order Decomposition
Order Fulfillment
Service Activation
Inventory & Resource Management
Billing Integration
✅ Design integrations between ServiceNow and Telecom BSS/OSS platforms.




✅ Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
✅ Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and transformation initiatives.
✅ Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.
