Job Responsibilities
· Design and develop automotive exterior components such as bumpers, grilles, claddings, fenders, cowl covers, mirror sail panels, and other plastic trim parts.
· Preferred- Experience in Bumper Systems, Grilles, Exterior Plastic Trims, and OEM vehicle development projects
· Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using NX.
· Perform packaging studies, clash checks, feasibility studies, and design updates
· Apply plastic product design guidelines, DFM/DFA, and GD&T; standards.
· Work closely with Styling, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers for product development and validation.
· Support engineering change management and product release activities
