Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and execution-focused Marketing Manager to own and scale REPLACI’s presence across social platforms.Your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth through high-quality content, storytelling, and consistent publishing.You will manage our key channels:Instagram

This role is ideal for someone who understands design, aesthetics, internet culture,



and content strategy, and can translate product capabilities into engaging content.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute a content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
Identify content themes, trends, and formats that drive engagement
Experiment with new ideas, formats, and campaigns

Content Creation & Publishing
Coordinate the creation of reels, carousels, shorts, graphics, and videos
Write captions, scripts, post copy, and social content
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Publish and schedule content across platforms

Community Building
Engage with interior designers, creators, architects, and design communities
Build relationships with creators and potential collaborators
Support campaigns aimed at increasing user-generated content and platform awareness
Monitor conversations
