Role Description The Site Sales Executive / Manager is responsible for driving sales and customer engagement at residential project sites in Indore. This is a full time, on-site role that involves meeting prospective buyers, explaining project features and pricing, conducting site visits, and supporting customers through booking,



documentation, and registry processes. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, payment plans, and promotional offers, as well as coordinating with the project, marketing, and back-office teams to ensure accurate information and seamless handover. The Site Sales Executive / Manager will track leads, update sales reports, follow up with prospects, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while representing US Associates in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in site-based sales, real estate sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in residential projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Ability to manage leads, maintain accurate sales records, and follow structured sales processes to meet or exceed targets.
