About The Role

In this Junior Graphic Designer Job, you will work closely with our marketing and strategy team to design high-quality creatives for digital platforms. Your work will directly impact brand perception, audience engagement, and marketing performance.

This role is ideal for designers who want to grow, experiment, and learn while working on real client and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging social media creatives (posts, carousels, banners, etc.)
Assist in creating brand assets, marketing materials, and promotional graphics




Collaborate with the social media and content team to bring ideas to life visually
Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, and color usage
Work on basic video edits, reels, or motion graphics (if skilled)
Take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly
Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and social media formats

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in graphic design or a related field
Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma is a plus)
Creativity: Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
Portfolio: Must have a portfolio showcasing design work (social media preferred)
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Communication: Clear communication and openness to feedback
Bonus: Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
