Role Overview

As a Python Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting AI-enabled automation solutions. The role combines backend application development, workflow automation, and integration of AI/GenAI capabilities to improve business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable Python-based solutions, support AI-driven workflows,



and contribute to continuous model improvement through feedback and monitoring mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and automation solutions
Build and support backend services, APIs, and workflow integrations
Develop and enhance AI-enabled business workflows and process automation solution.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
Support AI model feedback loops, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation applications
Ensure code quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability through best development practices
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support activities
Contribute to documentation, reusable components, and technical standards
